Our full-service management process is designed for owner clients who wish to be primarily hands-off and unbothered by the day-to-day operations of managing their investment property(ies). Initial contact will be frequent until all expectations, documentation, and access setup is complete, but thereafter, owner involvement should be minimal. We don’t prohibit owners from doing their own maintenance, but our experience has shown that often owners, even having the best intentions, aren’t able to sufficiently make repairs causing potential safety hazards and leading to tenant dissatisfaction. It is always the goal of Recovery Realty to take the burden of managing property off the owner’s shoulders while building trust, providing needed communications, and ensuring both owner and occupant expectation are property met.
